On 23 October the UNDP and OECD in Geneva co-organised a thematic workshop on the Practices, Challenges & Opportunities of Engaging Diasporas in Climate Action.

Civil society experts working on diaspora-related issues were present at the workshop and shared key insights with government and international intermediaries on current obstacles and ways forward to leverage diasporas as key partners in global climate action.
