And they&#8217;re very disturbing because we hear about a degradation of simple realities that many people might take for granted: access to safety, right to life, access to health care. These rights are threatened throughout the world for people who are migrants.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">&#8220;It&#8217;s now even more urgent than ever to recognize that we have a global framework for human rights that&#8217;s threatened for migrants globally.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ms. LeVoy was interviewed during the first day of the 14th GFMD Summit, which took place in Geneva, Switzerland, on 23 January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Migrants&#039;
