These civil society delegates were active throughout the Summit, speaking on the opening panels, participating at all Roundtables including as lightning talk panellists at four Roundtable sessions, and co-sponsoring or serving on the panel at over 10 official side events.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To read the articles highlighting civil society (co)organised events, reflections and key takeaways go to our <a href=\"https:\/\/gfmdcivilsociety.org\/staging\/9981\/category\/news\/\">news page<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>See agendas and concepts notes of key civil society activities below: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b779ac352144ade56f8a4d9a9a76e6d4\"><strong>22 January <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f5275d807bf56fa1f0699fc634350b7\">Joint mechanisms and youth pre-summit workshop on a climate action in a green\/just transition<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Positioned strategically one day before the GFMD Summit, this session was designed as an opportunity for business, civil society, city representatives, and youth advocates to explore common priorities and prepare a joint message to be delivered at the opening of the GMFD Summit. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons alignfull is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-cyan-blue-to-vivid-purple-gradient-background has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/gfmdcivilsociety.org\/staging\/9981\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Joint-mechanismsyouth-climate-workshop-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Concept Note &amp; Agenda<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">3rd Civil Society Preparatory Meeting (CSPM3) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Civil Society Preparatory Meeting is the official space for civil society delegates attending the GFMD to collectively discuss, engage and prepare together for their participation into the Summit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Meeting is a descendent of the Civil Society Days, a series of meetings bringing together civil society from across the world to collectivise inputs for the GFMD Civil Society Rapporteur. Bingham Commemoration&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">John K.
