The eight edition of the Civil Society Days of the Global Forum gathered a record number of 339 participants. 225 civil society delegates and 114 representatives of government, observers, media and other guests also participated.
The results and outcomes from biggest and most diverse edition of the GFMD Civil Society Days yet are now available.
Following GFMD, the Coordinating Office invited all the participants to the Civil Society Days and Common Space to fill in an online Evaluation Survey. The Survey was available in 3 languages and included 37 questions. A total of 99 organisations replied to the invitation and filled out the Evaluation Survey, amongst which 91 civil society representatives, 1 government and 7 International organisations.
The main theme of this year edition was “Achieving Migration and Development Goals: Movement Together on Global Solutions and Local Action” and intended to identify solutions and actions to improve the situation in which migrants, families and communities move, live and work.
